20 Months

 Why are we stopped?

 I made a mess

So did I. They immediately own up to any wrongdoing.
They will even come get me and take me to their messes.

They have been cutting multiple teeth in the past week and have been in serious pain. Maren stopped eating and drinking altogether for a couple days and now Maven is going through the worst of it. She hasn't had to quit drinking, but she doesn't like to eat much.

Maven loves proprioceptive input, pushing and pulling heavy objects. 

Maren gives it her best shot. 

 They don't quite know what to think of painting except "get all the paint off the plate as fast as we can". Maven is thinking "This looks really good, I'd really like to taste it."

 The balloons and gift bags from my baby shower have given them endless hours of fun.
They love to let the balloons go to the ceiling and then have Mommy or Daddy get them.

I can't believe their feet have grown a half size in the past 3 months and they need new shoes already. Maren wants her dolly to wear the shoes. "Shoes" is one of their favorite words incidentally. It is so nice to have happy, smiley Maren back after teething last week.
